The university library is the largest library in the state, with more than 2 million holdings. There are four residence halls, eighteen fraternities, and ten sororities on campus that provide on-campus housing for students, primarily freshmen. On-campus apartments are restricted to married couples, families, graduates, law students, and nontraditional students. UI also has branch campuses in Boise, Idaho Falls, Coeur d'Alene, and Twin Falls, as well as extension facilities throughout Idaho.
Two of the university's colleges are dedicated solely to law and graduate studies. More than 300 degrees are available for undergraduate and graduate students. International students constitute 4% of the university's total enrollment of 10,791 students enrolled in various programmes. Approximately 9,328 students are enrolled at the Moscow campus. The ratio of students to faculty at UI is 16 to 1. In addition, the university has numerous clubs where students can participate in extracurricular activities such as dance, drama, opera, and soccer.

Basic Admission Requirements:
