Electrical engineers find solutions to complex and technical questions related to the manufacture or implementation of electrical and electronic equipment. They design smaller, faster computer processors and products like the iPod, HDTV, Doppler radar, fetal monitor, worldwide web and advanced microelectronics. You might design imaginative zero-G solutions to create lunar living environments or help make our world safer with missile defense systems. Projects also often involve computer chips and microprocessors. You'll learn to integrate these technical concepts with management, public policy, safety and environmental areas in a team environment.
