As a management and leadership major, you learn how industries, government agencies and nonprofits work, and how to effectively lead people in those settings. Beyond core classes that introduce you to leadership, you can take elective business classes that fit your interests. Through electives, you can explore a variety of management and leadership topics. You also can earn a degree in business law or human resource management. As part of your classroom experience as a business major, you will complete a senior capstone project working with a local business or nonprofit.
