The CBU Management concentration within the Business Administration major will help you to become one of these leaders by helping you to develop each of these skills and more. Course options include explorations of international business, leadership in an increasingly diverse world, and internships that will help you build real-world experience.

You’ll develop a keen understanding of how organizations work, and how leaders influence their trajectories. You’ll study various theories of leadership and develop your own unique leadership style. And you’ll learn how to manage various kinds of resources, especially the most important resource: your colleagues and team members.
