A major hub of East Coast hospitality and gaming, Philadelphia is reaching its zenith as an epicenter of hospitality management education. Students receive the knowledge to position themselves as leaders in industries such as lodging, food service, tourism and gaming – as well as creating a foundation for graduate school.

By receiving the intensive general education provided by Drexel, students develop both critical thinking and reasoning abilities while threading together an interdisciplinary education with the global perspective of visionaries in their fields. Students also increase specialization in functional areas such as food and beverage management, gaming and resort management, travel and tourism, meeting and event planning and hotel administration. This creates a path forward as they enter the workforce and they earn a business administration minor by participating in this program.
