NSU’s Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition program provides you with a strong foundation in anatomy, chemistry, biochemistry, and microbiology as it relates to human nutrition and health, dietetics practice, community programming, and food service management. In this program, you’ll have opportunities to conduct research, work on global and domestic outreach initiatives and collaborate with students and faculty at NSU’s Dr. Kiran C.
