The Bachelor of Science in Health Systems Management combines coursework in general education (communications, liberal arts, science, and quantitative methods), health care policy, finance, and management to prepare students for positions in the health care arena in nonclinical work. The health care arena includes acute care, physician practice, long-term care, insurance companies, and government. Positions are available in government and the private and not-for-profit sectors.
